E-Signature

Most of the documents used to process a loan, accept a member application, follow a new hire process, etc., are
electronic these days, but still we print them for signatures, and to distribute and archive copies.

A document that was born on the computer is then printed to paper. Many times the same document that started on the computer is then scanned so it’s back on the computer adding even more labor to the process. This happens for two reasons:

  1. The document must be signed.
  2. All parties need a copy.

The obvious answer is to move to electronic signatures, but the trick is how to make this process flexible so that
documents can change without time-consuming development or labor intensive template design.

Signature enabled Print Xtender solves the problem.

You can add signature boxes anywhere on any page of the document with no setup. For documents you print over and over, like a standard loan application, you can set up a template that will automatically drop in all your signature boxes.
