Systems Imaging provides first line, post-implementation, support for the Document Management software and hardware sold to our customers. Our standard support includes telephone support and remote diagnosis of system components covered under our contract.
Scanner and software system support and maintenance vary depending on the manufacturer and the program desired by our customers. We have found that with experience and training, many of our customers can perform basic support services related to their Content Management systems. |
